What I do to focus on my work?
Introduction
At work, one of the most important things is maintain concentration.
With your concentration has much greater value than that without your concentration. Here are the three things I do to keep my focus.

Do an exercise
Exercise is a good way to prepare myself to focus, when your body condition is unbalanced.
If I have bad condition, I will immediately wear training wear and go to the park to run about 30 minutes. And take a shower and stretch, amazing concentration is back.
Don’t eat full
Our blood move stomach from brain to digest food when we eat full. Then, we become sleepy and can’t think of things.
My favorite meal menu is below.
- At breakfast, only eat banana and vegetable juice.
- At lunch, only eat vegetable soup.
- At dinner, eat what we like. However, be careful if you eat too much, the next morning will be hard.
Block what you don’t need for your job
If you can see or hear things what you don’t need on your work. If possible, have a room dedicated to work. Set things what you need on your work On your desktop. Put on headphones to block out noise.
Run it right away
These are what I do when I need to concentrate on my work.
